Korean
- Couple division: 2 people as a team (man and woman)
- Group division: 6-20 amateurs as a team (No Professional dancers)
 
Length : 2-3 min Salsa music (music past 3 min will be cut off, and points will
  be deducted)
Editing : Inserting sound effects is allowed.
Percentage : More than 70% of the soundtrack should be Salsa.
Deadline : See application deadline.
Format : Burn it onto two CDs with different brands.
Configuration : Burn only one song that you are going use as a soundtrack on the
 CDs (CDs with more than two songs will not be accepted)
 
Label : Write your division, the name of the team and the leader, and contact
 information on the front side of the CDs. (The submitted CDs will be
 not returned.)
 
Rehearsa : TBA
* Korea Salsa Congress will be broadcasted. Please submit yourmusic with high
  sound quality.
 
Total points : maximum 320 points
Judges
- Lineup: 8 judges
- Qualification: Invited dancers overseas and senior members of the organizing
              committee
- An additional judge will be assigned to check rules violation.
- To examine the creativity of choreography, judges will be given a briefing about 2006
  and 2008 Championship entries.
Points Allocation
- Rhythm: Accordance with music and basic tempo of genre
- Creativity: Technical points on the creativity of choreography and movement.
- Expression: Artistic points on aesthetic expression, performance, costume and
              appearance
Audience reaction: Audience reaction and popularity.
Scoring
- Maximum 10 points and minimum 1 points on each item
In case of tie
① Couple division: team with more points on audience reaction will win.
② Group division: team with more points on audience reaction and more members will win.

※ Number of Judges may be changed.
 
Winning couples and groups are qualified to participate in both domestic and overseas
   Salsa events. (Accommodation, pocket money, VIP pass, etc. can be discussed)
 
Three-day full package can be purchased with additional \50,000 to the entry fee of
   \30,000 (accommodation is not included)

Winning teams will be liable for taxes on the prize money.
The images and videos of the participants can be used later by the organizing committee
   to promote the event.
Group reservations will be accepted until Sun, 27 July. First come, first served.
  Block allocation is only available for those who made payment. Anyone who makes
  payment later than the group will be considered as an individual reservation.
Thousands of participants and spectators are expected, so please maintain order.
